This is a full body workout that I did as a goat tyer. In this workout, you have three rounds with 16 reps of each exercise. If you use a heavier weight (15-20lbs dumbbells) to gain muscle, you can decrease the rep count to 8-12 reps. Make sure you warm your body up and do a cooldown stretch as well!
